City Deals Christmas Advertisement

I just realized that I should have put this on my blog last week!  I'm such an amateur at this blogging stuff.  But I am on my way and I'm learning.  That's the good news.

So last Friday I ran a City Deals advertisement for a year of Massage for $299.00.  That's two massages per month at a 77% discount!  Crazy!  It's running again today for Cyber Monday and I am so excited that I have had so many people calling me and buying this great deal.  I have also had a couple existing clients buy which makes me happy.  I love you guys!

So today is the day to get on City Deals if you want to catch this deal.  They will also be running more ads for me through out the holiday season.

Backing Off Pain-BHG

I love it when I find articles promoting massage therapy.  I was reading in the November Issue of Better Homes and Gardens and found a short blurb promoting massage titled Backing Off Pain.  It reads:

"Been taking pills for a chronically achy back?  Massage might be more effective, according to a study in the Annals of Internal Medicine.  Researchers assigned lower-back-pain sufferers to one of three therapies: a standard regimen of medication and exercises; structural massage (an approach that uses deep-tissue techniques); or relaxation massage (which uses gentler Swedish techniques).  After 10 weeks, 37 percent of people in both massage groups said their back pain had lessened or disappeared.  on the other hand, only 4 percent of patients who received standard care reported any improvement-and they spent more time in bed and were less physically active.  One hour of massage per week was enough to deliver results."

I often preach to my clients all of the benefits of massage, it's more than just a feeling good moment!  This study is proof of the benefits of consistent massage treatments.
